Novartis agrees to pay $25 Million to settle charges it bribed Chinese healthcare professionals
Novartis Pharmaceuticals was charged with violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act for making illegal payments to healthcare providers in China. Similar charges are pending in Korea.
