These blog posts are all examples of rule breakers being held accountable for not following fundamental safety rules or, even worse, covering up their safety rule violations in order to make money.  Fortunately, the Constitution provides every resident the right to a jury trial so that these rule breakers can be held accountable for the benefit of the whole community.

Woman survived but requires 24/7 care, cannot walk, cannot feed herself, and has very limited cognitive abilities.  Defendants offered nothing to settle the case pre-trial.  

Mother went to hospital presented at 25 weeks’ gestation with preeclampsia (high blood pressure).  Doctors and nurses improperly diagnosed fetus as being fine and developed a plan of care based upon that inaccurate information, resulting in a catastrophic brain injury...
