$6.5 Million jury verdict for negligent hip replacement

Beginning one month after right hip replacement, patient complained of pain.  By nine months post-op, he was falling and could not walk straight.  At 14 months, patient learned that a part had been implanted improperly and he needed another surgery.  Trial Magazine  July 2004
