Medical Malpractice

Hospitals are DANGEROUS places.  We TRUST doctors and nurses to do their best to help us.  We do not and cannot expect perfection.  We have the RIGHT to trust that they will follow basic PATIENT SAFETY RULES and their own HOSPITAL POLICIES.  We have the RIGHT to expect them to COMMUNICATE with one another.  We have the RIGHT to expect them to rule out the worst conditions first, rather than send us home with Tylenol and telling us we will be fine.  We are told we have these basic patient RIGHTS, yet hospitals never take responsibility when things go wrong.

The Firm is experienced in everything from birth injuries, surgical mishaps, misdiagnoses and failures to diagnose, emergency room errors, stroke mismanagement, and failures to provide adequate post-surgical instructions.  Medical malpractice cases are unlike other forms of litigation -- they require a long-term commitment of both time and money to ensure the best results for the client and prevent the same thing from happening in the future.  If someone is promising a quick settlement in a medical malpractice case, they are probably not very experienced in these types of cases.  If you or or a loved one is a victim of medical negligence, our highly experienced team can review your medical records and evaluate your case for free.
