$8.4 Million settlement for delayed C-Section causing brain damage

Pregnant woman underwent a routine ultrasound at 40 weeks which showed insufficient amniotic fluid. She was admitted for immediate delivery. Despite clear evidence that the baby was suffering greatly, a c-section was not performed until the following afternoon. The baby was born in a severely depressed condition and now has cerebral palsy.
