$30 Million jury verdict after 70 year-old dies from preventable blood clots following ankle injury.

Doctors failed to implement a treatment plan for a 70 year-old woman who suffered an ankle injury. As a result, she died from a blood clot which traveled to her lungs. The jury found the surviving spouse was entitled to $30 Million for Defendants taking his life partner.
