$15 Million settlement for tourist killed on Big Island
Hawaii County reached a $15.1 Million settlement with the family of a 63 year-old Michigan man hit on his bike and killed by a police officer who was being forced to work a double shift. The settlement was less than the value of what the man was to earn over the rest of his work life.
