$11.5 Million settlement after US Navy Hospital (Guam) deprives newborn of oxygen

Couple stationed in Guam reached settlement with Navy Hospital after their son was born with permanent brain damage as a result of being deprived of adequate oxygen and blood flow during the first 19 minutes of life.
